Changing your DPCU OnLine User ID:

If you need to change your DPCU OnLine User ID it’s easy to do. Simply log into DPCU Online and take the following steps:

  1. Select the Personal Info Tab
  2. Go to: Modify Log-in Information
  3. At the DPCU OnLine ID selection enter your new OnLine ID and hit submit.

If your change is successful, you will receive the following message: Your new DPCU OnLine ID alias has been activated.

Bill Payments and funds for bills scheduled are processed by the credit union at approximately 3:00 pm (EST) Monday - Friday.

With Online Bill Payer, you can:

  • Pay virtually anyone in the U.S. from your Dutch Point Checking Account
  • Schedule payments in advance, both one-time and recurring payments
  • View past bill payments via your DPCU OnLine Account History

How to Use Bill Payer

Bill Payer is available through DPCU OnLine. If you are not a DPCU OnLine member, you must sign up for online banking before you can enroll in Bill Payer. 

1. If you are an online banking member, you must access DPCU OnLine in order to enroll and begin using Bill Payer.

  • Log into DPCU OnLine.
  • Click the Bill Pay Tab.

2. You will be presented with an agreement, which you must read and accept. Once you submit the disclosure acceptance, you are automatically enrolled in Bill Payer.  For security you will be asked to select and answer three challenge questions.

3. To begin adding bill payments, click on Payee and select Add a Payee.

Helpful Hints

  • Make sure you have available funds in your account to cover the payment.
  • Provide accurate payment instructions, correct account numbers, etc.
  • Be sure to record your payments and payment dates in your checkbook.
  • Your account balance will not change by scheduling future bills. Your account is not debited until the scheduled pay date.
  • Allow several days for your payment to arrive, especially over weekends and holidays.
